The Movement Meditation "Moving into YourSelf" invites to explore our own inner space and to get to know our body, so that we can let go of tension and relax deeper. The music brings us to places where we are normaly challenged to touch in. By meeting exactly these hidden spots in ourselves, love takes over and meet ourselves.
Through relaxation things can come through and we can welcome difficult, painful or confusing emotions. In that way the movement, supported by sound, becomes a meditation in which we heal.
